Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand
wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is
not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and
dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray
containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular
cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more
than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners
should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    Excellent quality and result

    Love this large pan which accommodates my Neapolitan cake recipe which uses two different flavored batters.

    I have used this pan for Valentines Day, It produces a beatil cake and clean up is a whiz….wonderful product

    I love Nordic bakeware. In total I have at least 8 pieces. They bake so well. The quality is great and all of my cakes comw out sooooo beautiful! I will continue to purchase from this company. .

    Have owned this pan for a while but just recently tried it using a regular cake mix. I have more success with intricately designed cake pans when I thoroughly coat interior with bakers spray but do not sprinkle with any extra flour over the non-stick coating before filling pan with batter. I needed 6 cups of batter to fill the pan 3/4 full, the maximum recommended. Had to use two boxes of cake mix but had enough batter leftover to also make 40 mini cupcakes. Six cups of batter was exactly right for this pan; very little batter spilled over top while baking and top of cake was almost level with top of pan, with minimal doming visible after cake cooled. Baked at 325 degrees (recommended for dark coated pans) for about 40 minutes. Allowed baked cake to cool for about 25-30 minutes (a little longer than usual) before inverting it onto cake stand. Always a ?hold your breathe? moment, but cake came out of pan easily after gentle shake with pan design perfectly intact. Ribbed design of this pan is ideally suited to addition of glaze poured onto top of each depressed section, creating beautiful vertical striped pattern at end. Would have shared photo if possible to do so.

    This pan was initially out of stock and I specifically wanted the copper color, so when it was available I decided to order this along with the Tiered Heart pan. Both pans are beautiful and well made! I look forward to using both pans for many years to come. I am happy to be able to support a product made in the USA!
