1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I really like this tiered heart bundt pan. I use homemade “cake goop” (google it) inside the pan before adding the batter. It’s basically equal parts oil, flour and shortening mixed well. Using some of that made my cake release beautifully from this pan. It’s a nice heavy duty pan. Love Nordic Ware.

I sprayed this pan lightly with Baker’s spray and let the cake cool for ten minutes before turning out of the pan. It came out like a dream. I love that the pan makes a big, tall bundt cake, unlike my ten cup bundt pans. I will be using this for wedding showers, engagement parties and little girls? birthdays.

I ordered this and the result was so very pretty. My thoughts were for anniversaries birthdays or Valentine’s Day but after seeing the completed cake I will use whenever. I have several bundt pans by Nordic Ware and I absolutely love them all…even bake and easy to pop out of pan when done….highly recommend spoiling yourself with this very fine bake wear.
