Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces

Beautifull! I’m brasilian.

My daughter and I baked a cake using this pan. In the recipe for it there was a beautiful cake that had used frosting to enhance the floral design of the pan. We decided to try it. I thought it probably wouldn’t look as good as the one shown because it was our first time trying it. We followed the directions and we did burn the first batch of white chocolate, I learned that white chocolate burns more easily than regular chocolate. So on our second try we were very careful using 50% power and it all worked out. We covered the decorative design in the pink icing, put the cake bake on top in the pan and put it in the freezer as directed. 30 minutes later we brought it out a nervously shook it to get the cake out. We both squealed with delight when the cake came out. It was perfect!

Beautiful small bundt pan! It will make even the simplest recipe look like a work of art.
I have not been able to try it out yet because I can’t find any 6 cup cake recipes. Can you please send me some recipes?

Nordic Ware got this pan to me quickly, well wrapped and undamaged. I used it right away for Valentine’s Day. It surprised me- after preparing the pan well, the cake released easily – I was expecting problems despite buttering/flouring because it’s an intricate design. The pattern was very visible on the cake too. Because it’s a new pan, and needs a 6-cup recipe, there aren’t lots of recipes available for it yet but after figuring out any of my loaf pan (8 1/2 x4 1/2 inch size) recipes for cakes/quick breads will fit exactly, I’m going to keep trying new cakes. I’m happy with this pan!

I received my floral heart Bundt cake at the end of this week and baked with it first thing this morning. It came out flawless and the design is so beautiful it’s a shame we have to eat it!
