I bought my first Nordic Ware product from Amazon and did the recipe that came with the pan (Chocolate Spice Cake with Chocolate Ganache). I read the instructions many times so as not to make any mistake. The mold came out beautifully – picture quality. It was just perfect. I was ecstatic when the cake released from the pan so easily!
I ordered a 2nd pan – the citrus loaf pan which I also ordered from Amazon but was told it will be shipping directly from Nordic Ware. Can’t wait!
So glad you’re around Nordic Ware! Your bundt pans are devastatingly handsome (like Rock Hudson LOL)!
What I need to know though is: how do I make my cake less dense? I even used cake flour, but I guess I overworked the flour and mixed the batter excessively?
But overall, Nordic Ware, you’re good as gold! Talk about product quality!

I have the larger version of this tin, but now that there is just the two of us at home I find that it is just too big, so I was thrilled when I saw that this smaller version was available as I love the shape, and after making a cake in it I can confirm that it is just as spectacular as it’s big sister when the cake is turned out.I never have problems with sticking as I follow Nigells Lawson’s advice and put oil in the bottom of the tin brush well in then turn the tin upside down on to kitchen roll so that the oil seeps into every crevice whilst I carry on with the cake mixing, this system never fails me. A gorgeous tin oustanding quality, perfect for two.

I am so excited to have purchased 2 half sized bundt pans. This one is lovely. I had no problem with sticking the first time I used it. I made a full bundt recipe and was able to put half of the batter into this gorgeous pan and the other half into the other pan I bought.

The 6-cup size is perfect. I have 2 half-size pans and regularly use one 12-cup recipe to make 2 cakes, one to serve and one to freeze for later. This pan has a particularly nice design – the swirls are very dramatic!.

I love these pans! I have several and am delighted with the results every time I use them. Take the time to brush the flour/fat into the pan. It’s worth the effort.

This bundt pan is really beuatiful and it’s easy to prepare a good looking cake in it – it has non-sticky surface, meaning that you don’t have a to use a lot of grease. Just perfect, I love it!
