Ingredients
- 1½ cups butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp lemon extract
- 3/4 cup 7-up soda
Directions
Cream sugar and butter together and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs , one at a time, and beat well. Add. flour. Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up. Pour batter into well greased and floured 12-cup Bundt Pan. Bake at 325°F for 60-75 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before flipping onto a wire rack.
