1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow.
5. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

What more can I say, this Anniversary pan is fabulous! Very happy with the larger 12-15 cup capacity. That being said I do have several 10 cup capacity Nordic Ware bundts and love those as well. Such beautiful designs that make fabulous cakes.
NEVER had a release issue, I use spray with flour in it. Quality is superb, you can’t go wrong with the NW brand. Plus it’s exciting to bake such beautiful looking bundts and loafs. Very satisfied customer.

A classic bundt pan, but this one holds a generous amount of batter. The cake slips out easily, and is baked perfectly in this cast aluminum beauty.

Great pan that’s worth every penny. I needed a large capacity pan to hold my pound cake batter and this is the perfect sized pan. I used floured baking spray and my cake released without sticking. I definitely recommend purchasing this pan for your baking needs. I just suggested this pan to a relative and she’s planning to purchase. You’re welcome Nordic Ware lol.

Tried for the first time today. Amazing

I love the pan. Even if you use a small cake recipe, you still get the benefit of the beautiful design. And if you use a larger recipe that fills up the pan, you get the design in a bigger version.

This pan is perfect for meatloaf. Lots of crispy edges and it cuts the cook time way down. Win!

You don’t need to publish but I have always bought Nordic ware and love it but I was disappointed with the manufacturing of the product. It is damaged in manufacturing process. Surprised it passed quality inspection. I did not contact you because I expected it might be too much of a hassle and I have to go to ups or post office and return etc. That may not be fair to say as your return or exchange process might be easy. I will buy at stores next time so I can inspect before I buy.
I figure with COVID you may be having labor/production issues. If I bought at Amazon or at a store I would have returned when received. I will most likely scrap it and call it a loss. The way the cardboard label was placed on the pan the picker would not have seen the damage either it was hidden by the label/cardboard cover that goes over the pan on both sides. Thank you.

I got this bundt pan because it was recommended by the America’s Test Kitchen show on PBS. They highlighted what to look for in a good pan. This one was their pick and I’ve been very happy with it’s performance.

I purchased this Bundt pan a few month’s ago. I have had other Bundt pans in the past. this Nordic ware Bundt pan is by far the best. my cakes did not stick, How can you beat all the best parts of this pan & also the Nordic ware company. Lifetime guarantee made in America, There cookie sheets are the best also. We also have a small micro wave pressure cooker my husband bought over thirty years ago still works like the day we bought it. Kudos to a great company.

The Anniversary Bundt pan is exceptionally well made. I’m a beginner at making bundt cakes and this pan made it easy. I followed the tips on the Nordic Ware website and my bundt cake baked. beautifully and was delicious. The handles made it so easy to flip! I am very happy that I was able to purchase a product that was made in America as well–it’s getting more and more difficult to find American made goods!! I highly recommend this product and am looking forward to trying out the other cake pans I ordered also.

I recently purchased this standard size Bundt pan to replace one that was a wedding gift in 1977. Yes, that original Bundt pan had lasted me well over 40 years, and was still going strong. I gave it to one one of my college age children and purchased this brand spanking new one for myself! Just an excellent, excellent product. Nordicware is reminiscent of the high quality bakeware that was once the norm in this country, but so rarely is to be found anymore. Long live Nordicware!

I have used these pans for a few years now. I have never had them stick on me or not bake perfectly. I would definitely urge you to buy one or two or even more! I would not bake with any other brand pans!

Bought this Bundt pan to replace one I had to throw away because finish was coming off. Notice that this is one of the larger capacity Bundt pans (12-15 cup). You can’t mess with success – this pan has been around for a lot of years and makes great looking eats. I’ve baked cakes, pull-apart bread and molded salads in this pan with great success.

The quality of this pan is exceptional. Will definitely last, can see this being something that is around for generations. Made a German chocolate cake and turned out perfect!!! Love this pan!

Great quality- love that everything I’ve made comes out so easily with nothing sticking. Also really like the handles- my prior pan didn’t have any, and didn’t know if I needed them. Love the ease of handling with the handles- especially with hot items.

Even baking, quick cleanup

I used the Anniversary Bundt Pan for a Pound Cake, it cooked well and released just fine. I used a spray coating with flour. I wanted a larger Bundt Pan and I’m glad I purchased this one and I look forward to using it many times in the future!

I have not use this Bundt pan yet but I have other Nordic Ware and it is great. The Bundt pan I have now always rips the cakes and I know this will not happen with the Nordic Ware. Great products!

I sent a picture to customer service of the first two pound cakes I baked in this pan — chocolate and lemon
— nicest cake pan I’ve ever used. Large enough to use for a four cups of flour pound cake. Cake leaves out of pan like butter! I posted the picture on Facebook and Twitter too many oohs and aahs.

I bought it to replace a forty year old Nordic Ware pan that was stolen. This pan was a beautiful replacement. The old pan holds sentimental memories but the new pan will make many many more.

Have had this pan since yesterday. Baked rhubarb/orange zest pound cake yesterday and Bing Cherry/Orange zest pound cake today. Great release but you should still prepare this pan with butter and a release agent (I use fine bread crumbs but flour or cocoa will do in pinch). Beautiful cake for my neighbour once it’s glazed.
