Grilled Loaded Nachos

- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1/ 2 cup cooked black beans
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/ 2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/ 2 cup corn
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and thinly sliced crosswise
- 1/ 2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- sour cream
Preheat grill. Sprinkle black beans with lime juice and a pinch of salt and stir. Place a single layer of chips on sizzle and serve plate. Top with half of cheddar, black beans, corn, jalapeño slices, cherry tomatoes, and green onion. Add another layer of chips and remaining ingredients. Grill until cheese is melted. Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
For indoor use: Prepare in a 350°F oven for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
