1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I’ve used this pan 2x in 3 years at Chrismas. The first time it released most of the details but for Santa’s reins and sleigh rails. This year I very thoroughly greased and floured all the details, but all the stars and the same difficulty I had before did not release cleanly. I use shortening and all-purpose flour to prepare the pan. If any one has a suggestion I will try it as I love the pan otherwise.

A special loaf pan makes a cute and festive cake. My grandson helped make a butter cake with me. The details were all visible on the top. I’ll be using it again this year.

The detail of the finish on the pan is great. It released really easy and all the impression can out perfect on my pound cake. Love it, so cute.

This makes a delicious cake and when it’s decorated it’s so inviting. I made one cake and when I saw the detail and aroma filled my home , I had to make another immediately!!!

This design goes perfectly with my tablecloth showing Santa and his sleigh flying over rooftops, and I am so glad to have it. I made a sweet-potato loaf that came out of the pan like a dream and looked beautiful dusted with some confectioners sugar. I could not be more pleased with the Nordic Ware quality!

Now I have a cake to match my Night Before Christmas dishes! It was added to the 50 molds I own already. I have been collecting for 40 years. They come out perfect every time!!!
