Superior Quality
Crafted from pure, uncoated natural aluminum, the Prism High Sided Baking Pan delivers superior heat conductivity that professional and home bakers demand. This naturally nonstick aluminum conducts and distributes heat quickly and evenly, ensuring golden, uniform results every time. Trusted across commercial and home kitchens alike, this professional-grade pan elevates your baking to the next level.
Exceptional Performance
Even heat distribution eliminates hot spots, producing perfectly browned cakes, casseroles, roasted vegetables, and family-sized meals with consistent results. The naturally rust-resistant aluminum surface stands up to high-heat cooking with ease, whether you are roasting, batch baking, or entertaining. With extra-deep sides that hold the same capacity as two 9 x 13 inch pans, this versatile pan handles every baking application you can imagine.
Lifetime Durability
The Prism High Sided Baking Pan is an indispensable kitchen classic, built to deliver years of heavy-duty performance without compromise. Favored by professional bakers and home cooks alike, this pan maintains its shape and reliable performance through countless uses. From weeknight dinners to holiday gatherings, it is the kind of pan you reach for again and again.
Design
The signature Prism embossed grid pattern is more than a striking visual detail; it is a functional design feature engineered to improve your baking results. The textured surface adds structural rigidity to the pan while elevating food slightly away from the surface, promoting better air and heat circulation for uniform crisping. This enhanced airflow also allows for easier food release, making cleanup effortless.
Sturdy Construction
Engineered with encapsulated steel rims, this pan resists warping and maintains its shape through years of rigorous use. The reinforced rim adds critical strength, preventing buckling under high heat and heavy loads. Whether you are baking a dense casserole or roasting vegetables at peak oven temperatures, this pan holds firm and performs flawlessly.
Made to Last
Backed by a Lifetime Warranty, the Prism High Sided Baking Pan is oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius) and built for lasting reliability. Hand wash with warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve its smooth, reflective finish. With exceptional conductivity, warp-resistant construction, and versatile everyday performance, this pan is a worthy investment for any serious kitchen.

Use & Care
- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
- Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
- Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and traditional butter/shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
- Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
