Product Reviews

Mine was a warranty replacement and it couldnt work better. The Customer Service is as great as their products are. I own several Nordic Ware products and this is why. They stand behind what they make.

This is truly the nicest pan I have ever bought. The quality is exceptional and our Christmas popovers were amazing! We used the recipe that comes with the pan. The recipe was delicious, and easy, but the pan definitely made the difference; the pan made them light and airy. Cannot wait to make the popovers again.

The quality of NW molds is excpetional, they lang forever. Very heavy duty, sturdy and the products come out with the perfect shape. Follow the recipe and enjoy. Love them.

This is the same pan that Williams-Sonoma sells as their Bouchon Pan ($38). I received this as a gift with a boxed chocolate bouchon mix. I made up the mix and sprayed Baker’s Joy in the mold. Every one of the little chocolate “corks” came right out with no sticking. The pan is very easy to clean with a sponge and soapy water. Even the baked on chocolate bits around the rims of the cups came off with just a rinse. I’m looking forward to using this pan for popovers and over small delights, so it doesn’t become a one-use object. So much more elegant a shape than mini-cupcakes.

    Wonderful cake tin
