Naturals® 14" Deep Dish Pizza Pan
$22.00
MSRP:
Naturals® 14" Deep Dish Pizza Pan brings pizzeria style deep dish pizza to the home kitchen with a sturdy, performance focused design. Made from pure natural aluminum for excellent heat conductivity, this 14 inch interior round pan produces even heating for golden brown crusts and thoroughly melted toppings, whether you are baking a loaded deep dish pizza, a large cookie cake, savory pie, or casserole.
The 1.6 inch raised rim keeps ingredients where they belong and makes this pan useful for roasting frozen fries or shrimp without spills. An encapsulated galvanized steel rim reinforces the shape and resists warping so the pan stays true through high oven temperatures up to 500 degrees F. The Naturals finish is uncoated aluminum which cleans easily with warm soapy water and performs well at the higher temps that give pizza and cookie cakes the best texture. For long term appearance hand wash is recommended since dishwasher detergents can cause cosmetic discoloration that does not affect baking performance. Note that aluminum can react with acidic ingredients such as tomato and vinegar and prolonged contact may darken or pit the surface.
Built with lifetime warranty coverage, this deep dish pizza pan offers dependable, heavy duty quality for everyday meals and special occasions. Sized to serve a crowd and versatile enough to double as a cookie cake pan or roasting tray, it is a reliable addition to any bakeware collection for bakers and home cooks who want consistent results, even baking, and a durable pan that stands up to high heat and frequent use.

Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
5. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
