Use:

Add water to outer well to fill line
Fill each cavity with egg mixture up to fill line.
Follow cooking instructions carefully with recipes provided inside packaging and linked below on product page.

Use oven mitts when handling Egg Bites Pan and lid during cooking process. Product will be hot and steam will escape.
Use caution when removing lid during cooking so that contents of pan do not spill. Contents will be very hot.
Lid will be hot after cooking. Do not place lid, with the handle side on top, on any smooth flat surface as it can trap hot air and cause the lid to warp.
Top-rack dishwasher safe.

Another fabulous product from NordicWare. Easy to use. Clean-up was a breeze. Eggs were cooked beautifully. The instructions that come with the product were spot on. A great way to prepare tasty eggs without oil or butter.

I wish this was also available in a 2-egg version, for when you only need 1 or 2. The eggs have a nice texture, and this product is easy to clean.

Hi! You can use the Nordic Ware Egg Bites Pan to cook 1-2 eggs at a time. Fill the empty cavities with water up to the fill line and then follow the provided instructions.

We love this thing. I like the texture of these vs making them in a muffin pan, or dragging out my instant pot. I’m fairly certain the instructions state you should stir half way through and then finish cooking. I do that and get perfect eggs every time. It came in handy this weekend when I needed to make eggs without a stove to do so. My kitchen isn’t enormous, so I can’t say I had any trouble transporting the unit with the water already in the base, but it’s also just water so a little splash wouldn’t have bothered me. The recipe provided is good, but I recently just made them with 3 large eggs, a splash of cream, and some salt and pepper and it fit the 4 molds perfectly, so when you need simple, that’s an option. Like with any gadget, some trial and error is needed since all microwaves are different.

Disappointing. Have used only twice, but find all four egg bites do not cook through, hard to fill with the water for steaming, and carry to the oven without spilling, works better to add the water once it’s set in the microwave. Not sure it’s more convenient than just using a muffin pan with more capacity and just bakinthe egg bites in a regular oven.
