1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular
cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

This is a beautiful pan. I received numerous compliments on my buttermilk pound cake with this mold. This was a worthwhile purchase!

LOVE this pan so much!! It makes for a GORGEOUS presentation! I’ve made a German Chocolate Pound Cake as well as a Strawberry Pound Cake in this beauty and they slide out every time. I do use Baker’s Joy and make sure to hand wash the pan as soon as the cake is flipped out. Ensuring to get all Baker’s Joy residue off of the pan means it will last a lifetime. I have over 20 Nordic Ware bundt pans and this is the only brand I will ever buy! Take care of the pans and you’ll be happy every single time.

I wish I could post a picture of my beet chocolate cake I made for thanksgiving. My pan was ordered on the weekend before thanksgiving and showed up on Tues! I was so excited to use it for the big day. This makes a stunning cake! I am in love and I’m kinda freaking out a little because I’m already looking at purchasing 3 more!

This is my third bundt pan from Nordic Ware. They are superior to any others you will ever buy or use. The cake comes out without any sticking. The shape is beautiful and perfect. I will always buy Nordic Ware brand from now on.

I love this design it is really so pretty and turns a simple cake into a stunning centrepiece, I have never had trouble with cakes sticking in these tins ,I follow Nigella Lawson’s advice by brushing very liberally with sunflower oil and then turning the tin upside down on to kitchen roll so that the oil trickles into every crevice of the tin this method has never failed for me, I don’t flour the tin.These tins are beautifully made and cheaper for me to buy direct from Nordic than to buy from a shop here in the UK.

I greased and floured the pan as instructed and the cake came out by itself after 10 minutes cooling. Be careful to hold the top of the cake, I almost threw it on the floor! I was very impressed.

I receive this pan as a Christmas gift from my mother-in-law, and just used it to make a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. I was a little bit concerned about the release, but it came out beautifully. The cake was perfectly cooked and impressive. My only suggestion would be that when icing this cake, err a bit on the thinner side – it was a little bit difficult to get the icing to run down the cake elegantly with all of the divots, but I think a slightly thinner icing would have worked beautifully. Still, the cake was intricate and beautiful.

I own about 30 bundt pans from Nordic Ware. I have been collecting them and recipes for bundt cakes since the first ones came out in the ’70’s. When I worked I would bake cakes for all the birthdays. I love the pans, even cooking, solid pans that take a lot of ware and don’t show it!

I have quite a few of these pans. As of now I have only baked cakes in these pans. Do you have recipes of other things I can back in them I would like to have something different to do with them. I have to say that the customer service is the best, I was having a problem with my heritage pan sticking so I wrote to customer service, they wrote me back with some suggestions, I have not used the pan yet but I do know after tlfollowing the instructions the pan felt different. I hope it is back up and working.

This pan created the most beautiful cake I have ever baked. I picked mine up from the factory store this morning to rush home and bake a cake. What a treat! To any avid baker I would highly recommend this pan to be the crown jewel of your Bundt collection.
