These Hickory Smoked Ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with bold, smoky flavor—all made in our stovetop Kettle Smoker. Infused with real hickory chips, these ribs deliver the rich taste of outdoor BBQ without ever leaving your kitchen. Perfect for game day, summer gatherings, or anytime you’re craving slow-cooked, smoky goodness indoors.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds baby back ribs
  • 2 cups barbeque sauce
  • salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Directions

Rub seasonings into ribs and place on smoker. Smoke using hickory smoking chips and dry smoke method about 45 minutes. Brush ribs with barbeque sauce and continue smoking 15-45 minutes or until done. Serve remaining barbeque sauce on the side
