Use & Care

1. Before first use and after each subsequent use, hand wash pan thoroughly.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating.
3. Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective cooking properties and prevent damage to the pan and stove. Glasstop stoves are especially susceptible to damage from an overheated pan.
4. Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
5. While not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve cooking performance and taste of food.
6. Do not use metal scouring pads, abrasive cleaners or sharp cooking utensils; they will scratch the nonstick.

    This is the best cookie sheet that money can buy! I have used them for years and bought them for all of my family. Now that our children are all grown I have three of the small ones that we cook on every day. We bake vegetables, bread, meats, etc on them. Thank you for these exceptional products. I also have a bundt pan I have had for 50+ years.

    I am reviewing the recent order I just purchased. I bought these to replace the original two-burner griddle kings I had purchased over 35 years ago! You can bet I love them!! The new ones feel just a tad bit lighter weight than my old ones, but I am sure I will love them just the same. These are by far the BEST double burner griddles I have ever used or purchased as gifts!! I’m sure if these are anything like the old ones, my rating will go from a 4 to a 5 and my product quality from well made to exceptional!

    We purchased our griddle over 37yrs. ago! Actually we purchased 3. 2 for us (THANKFULLY!) and 1 as a gift. It is my first go to pan when I want to make bacon, eggs, pancakes, whatever or when I want to throw a few Chicken Kievs in the oven. Noticed on the bottom Northland made it & thought I would look it up as I need a couple GREAT griddles as Christmas gifts this year. Cat.no. 285 or 2852 is on bottom of mine. Hoping this is the same griddle. For I do truly love mine!! Well worth the price!

    I have found the best product to cook bread crumb coated fish, chicken and pork……….it has been great to use and look forward to cooking without the stress of “ruined food.” Worth the cost of the pans…………

    My wife and I bought this griddle shortly after we got married, more than 27 years ago. We’ve used it extensively over the years and it’s held up beautifully. I even cooked a meatloaf on it outside on my grill not long ago! I used it today and was thinking about what a great product it is. I noticed the stamp “Northland Aluminum” on the back and decided to google them to see what else they make, or even if they’re still around. Now that I found them I’ll definitely be buying more of their products!

    This is actually my 3rd 2-burner griddle. First one lasted about 10+ years before I needed to get a new one. Second griddle my daughter ruined the surface with a SOS pad. Yikes! I love how the surface of the griddle cooks the food. I’ve tried different kinds, but I am very happy with this item. Cooking your own hash browns is better with this griddle than a regular frying pan and no burnt food mess or ruined food. Great for cooking pancakes, bacon, french toast, steaks and even fried coated fish and more. Over time (years) it does get a build up on the surface, BUT it’s a great 2-burner griddle for my gas stove. Thanks Griddle King!!!

    I got my first 2 Burner Griddle King as a wedding gift 40½ years ago as a wedding gift. It was time to replace it. I also purchased one for my two boys who have used mine since they learned how to cook. You have above exceptional products. These make great gifts, but I suggest you purchase one for yourself first. It is the first pan I grab when I am cooking. I use my pan on an average of 5-6 times a week.

    We have used a Northland Products Griddle King for nearly 30 yrs. We bought ? another one in case the original died of old age. It cooks as good or better than the original one. We grill and bake with it. It bakes cookies several times a week. A great product with a durable coating!

    Possibly the most valuable tray I possess. Its ability to absorb heat means the bottom will cook like the top (no flipping) It’s great for the grill or oven, heavy enough to stand up to the hottest fires. Perfect for burgers with ingredients that don’t stay together (veggie, fish, etc)

    Excellent product. We used it immediately with a large family gathering. Versatile and easy to clean and store.

    I love this griddle. I use it for breakfast – – eggs and pancakes mostly. It is very easy to clean.
