The Nordic Ware Tube Cake Pan is made from formed aluminum that promotes even heat distribution for consistent baking and browning. Its lightweight, rust resistant and warp resistant construction makes it easy to handle for everyday baking. The 12 cup capacity accommodates a variety of tube cakes, ring cakes, and molded desserts.

Nonstick Performance

The smooth silicone based nonstick coating helps cakes release from the pan while preserving their shape and fluted details. The coated interior helps reduce sticking and makes cleanup easier after baking. The center tube allows heat to reach the middle of the batter, supporting even baking throughout the cake.

Part of the Nordic Ware Northern Lights Collection, this tube cake pan features a vibrant Aurora Green finish inspired by the aurora borealis. Care Instructions

Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Oven safe up to 425 F. Hand washing is recommended. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners, which can damage the nonstick coating.
