Construction

The Nordic Ware Quiche and Tart Pan is made from formed aluminum that promotes even heat distribution for consistent baking and browning. Its lightweight, rust resistant and warp resistant construction makes it easy to handle when preparing homemade quiches, tarts, and other baked dishes. The 7.5 cup capacity accommodates a range of sweet and savory recipes.

Nonstick Performance

The smooth silver silicone based nonstick coating helps baked crusts and fillings release from the pan while helping preserve delicate edges. The coated surface helps reduce sticking and makes cleanup easier after baking. The removable bottom allows the finished quiche or tart to be lifted from the pan for serving.

Design

Part of the Nordic Ware Northern Lights Collection, this quiche and tart pan features a vibrant Aurora Green finish inspired by the aurora borealis. The self crimped edge creates a decorative crust border, while the removable bottom helps present quiches and tarts outside the pan. Use this 7.5 cup pan for savory quiche, fruit tart, custard tart, and other recipes suited to a shallow round baking pan.

Care Instructions

Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Oven safe up to 425°F. Hand washing is recommended. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners, which can damage the nonstick coating.

Use: Please Note Pan Assembly

1. To properly assemble pan before baking, make sure logo on metal removable bottom is facing outwards when placed in pan. Base will be slightly raised inside pan.

Care:

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
4. To avoid exterior scratches, do not slide bakeware across oven racks, cooktops and other surfaces.
