1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Another winner from Nordic Ware! I used this pan all day today to make cute little Valentine cakelets! I used the recipe that came with the pan and received rave reviews from friends. I also made two other types of cakelets in it and all of them had clear details and popped right out of the pan. I had no problem with sticking and cleanup was a breeze with the Nordic Ware Bundt brush. Highly recommend this pan!

Can’t wait to use!

To surprise my husband for Valentine’s, I ordered this cakelet pan instead of the large tiered heart bundt pan. The cakelets turned out great! Make sure to fill the cavities only 2/3-full max as otherwise they’ll turn out like muffins. Despite a tiny material flaw on the side of the pan, I LOVE this pan and highly recommend it!

This is such a pretty pan. I’ve used it a couple times to see how everything turns out and now I’m so anxious for February to roll around to use this for Valentine’s day! As always, these products are very well made and will last forever!
