Chocolate Molten Heart Cakelets

Ingredients
- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 7 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/ 3 cup flour
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Grease heart pan.
In medium saucepan, combine chocolate and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir in eggs, egg yolk, powdered sugar and flour; mix by hand until blended. Spoon batter into pan, dividing equally. Bake at 450°F. for 8 to 10 minutes, until sides are set, but centers are soft and runny. Remove from oven. Loosen edges and immediately invert cakes onto plates. Serve with ice cream.

It was easy & yummy recipe. I made gluten free 18 cakelets within 2 hours. My oven temperature need to be at 425 F & bake for 15 minuets. I served with ham with creamy icing & coconut & Almond ice cream. My guests love them!
