Use & Care

1. Nonstick rack feet have temporary protective plastic covers to prevent scratches, and should be removed and discarded before use in the oven.
2. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
3. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
4. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
5. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
6. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
7. Rack is oven-safe to 400°F.

    I love the half sheet pans! I usually buy 2 per year and get rid of the overused pans one at a time. I love the weight of these sheet pans. I was also in need of a new grid for cooking bacon and other food items that I don’t want to lay directly on the sheet pan is: fries, veggies etc. I live the feel of the grid, I love the non-stick and ease of washing. I also use the grid to cool cupcakes, and cookies. I like the little protected feet as well, to prevent scratching the pan or my countertop.

    Very good product. Doesn’t bend at high temperature. Evenly cooks everything and easy to care.

    I’ve owned many sheet pans at this point in my life. This Nordicware pan is so much more solid than other pans I’ve owned- it keeps its shape while cooking, rather than having two corners pop up and warp the pan a bit. The cooling rack is a wonderful bonus here, and definitely more handy than I thought it would be.

    The half sheet is a nice piece of bake ware. It heats evenly and quickly and retained it’s shape without warping in a 425 degree F oven. Used to roast carrots with some olive oil and it cleaned up easily.

    Just bought more of these to deal with my increase in cookie baking due to the pandemic ‘stay home? orders. I’ve use these sheet pans for years, for all kinds of baking and now for sheet cooking dinners. Exceptional quality. They wear very well and are never failing in their ability to get me evenly browned cookies. These are the best you can buy

    I had an older version for 2 years and performed beyond my expectations. That is I had no expectation. I loved it! I had to upgrade and WOW am I happy. The all aluminum pan is very sturdy and even though it isn’t coated non stick it is very easy to clean. I highly recommend this item!
