1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
5. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

I’ve baked fish and other meats the past two weeks using these pans. They clean easily and I was extra cautious about using metal tools on them. They dried quickly and didn’t warp during the baking process. No rust has been seen since I last used them.

I love my Naturals Baking Sheet Set. I use the quarter sheet almost every day and I can’t wait to use the big sheet this fall to roast fresh veggies from the garden. Great product!

I have always just bought whatever generic baking sheet was available at big box stores with total ignorance that there was anything better out there. Or at least I assumed that if there was – it would be too expensive and intended for “professional” chefs. I am just so impressed with Nordic Ware. It’s really outstanding quality and seems like it will last a long time and was totally affordable – particularly since I don’t anticipate having to replace them for a while!

These are great I use them for all kinds of things in my oven and also in the toaster oven. Love that they are made in the USA, durable and easy to clean.

I estimate that I cook at least 10 meals a week and I consider my self to be an experienced cook. These sheet pans are head and shoulders above any other pan I have used. Fit and finish is excellent and they seem to be fairly non-stick despite not being a true non-stick pan. Really awesome pans and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for some higher quality cooking equipment.

These things are amazing! Very durable and work like a charm! The only thing I will point out is the big sheet is a BIG sheet! Check the measurements to make sure it will work for you.

I am 100% satisfied with my Nordic Ware “Naturals” bakeware. I have all of it and not one complaint what-so-ever. It’s solid, easy to clean, no buckling as it’s thick, heavy gauge aluminum that will never rust. On top of that it was the best packaging I have ever experienced. Very, very impressed with this company, and they are in the USA!!!!! It doesn’t get better than this. I have many professional pieces I purchased from restaurant supply stores, but they can’t compete with these. Thank you!
