Construction

The Nordic Ware Prism 3 Piece Baking Sheet Set includes one Prism Big Sheet, one Prism Half Sheet, and one Prism Quarter Sheet. Each pan is crafted from pure, uncoated natural aluminum for even heat distribution. Encapsulated galvanized steel rims reinforce the edges and help prevent warping. The rust-resistant aluminum construction is suited for everyday baking and cooking.

Performance

Natural aluminum conducts heat evenly across each pan surface for consistent browning. The Prism embossed grid promotes airflow around food for uniform crisping and supports easy food release. Use the pans for cookies, sheet cakes, roasted vegetables, fries, granola, and sheet pan meals.

Design

Each pan features the Prism embossed grid, which creates a textured surface that adds strength while promoting airflow beneath baked and roasted foods. The functional design supports even browning and crisping across a variety of recipes.

Size and Versatility

The Big Sheet provides extra surface area for large-batch baking and roasting. The Half Sheet is suited for everyday baking, roasting, and meal prep, while the Quarter Sheet is ideal for smaller batches, snacks, and compact portions. All three pans nest together for convenient storage.

Care Instructions

Oven safe up to 500 F (260 C). Hand wash recommended. Parchment paper, silicone baking mats, butter, shortening, and flour can be used with the pans.

Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
5. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

    It would be nice to read more than one review on these baking pans. All this ‘seasoning? of these baking sheets sounds high maintenance! Going to give them a try. If they are too high maintenance I will return to Costco. Costco great price. Look nice. Hope they live up to my expectations.

    I received my first Prism baking sheet at Thanksgiving and just love it so I ordered the baking set. Air circulates under the food cooking it more evenly. Wonderful quality! Am so excited to have such heavy duty pans for baking and roasting recipes.
