1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.

Everything you read in the description is true. These are fantastic. I’ve been using these lately to refrigerated pie dough and roll-out cookie dough. With both, I line the pan with parchment, flatten into 1 inch rectangle, cover and refrigerate to roll out later. Also great for many other uses. Love the lid. Highly recommend

I love this quarter sheet pan with a lid. It’s perfect for using in our toaster oven. But I also use it in our full size oven. Perfect. Great quality. Worth every penny!

We love these baking sheets with covers. I used my sister in law’s over the holidays and had to go on line to order some for our own family. We were all excited, including my husband, 12 yr old son and 4yr old son. We have only had them for less than a month but were so glad to throw out our old ones.

Followed the recipe on the Quarter Sheet Packaging and made Hot Cross Buns. They are delicious! I took a picture but I don’t see where I can post it.

Initially, we bought the quarter sheet pan with lids so we can pop them in the dishwasher after we make a sheetpan meal.
We love that they also fit in our compact Breville oven.
They also fit nicely in our double door fridge…lengthwise or width wise which helps us organize.
It’s a perfect tray for defrosting meats and for holding our prep bowls for a meal. We can slip the whole tray out with all our bowls.
The lids allow us to stack and eliminate plastic wrap.
Oh and they bake cookies well.
We will need to purchase a few more because we are using them for a variety of uses now.

I have owned one of the larger baking sheets for a few years, and have never had such a great quality baking sheet. It may never need replaced. I ordered the quarter size sheet to replace an old cheaper sheet I have now thrown away. This one is perfect for baking up fries or chicken nuggets or really anything for my family of 3. Really easy to get in and out of the oven, just a nice size.
