1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
5. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

These pans are great! I use them almost daily.

Amazing pan! They bake very well and are perfectly fine in high temperatures. Big issue for me is the discoloration when put in the dishwasher. That was on me for not reading the care instructions, but I put it in one time and it caused the pan to look horrible. With such a good quality pan, it would be nice to be able to go in the dishwasher and not come out looking 10x older. I never wash any pans by hand so it’s a tiny bit of a hassle to have to do this to not make the pan look ugly. Saw it on ATK and had to test it out. Otherwise, best pan I have ever used!

These are SO great!! Wish I had known about them years ago!! Will buy no others but theirs from now on!

These sheets are very sturdy and high quality – best I’ve ever owned. One small complaint about the product description, though. One of the images of the product shows different dimensions than the dimensions in the product description, so I was expecting a smaller sheet. Inconsistent info like this is confusing for people.

These are the best pans! They brown evenly and do not warp.

Me wife specifically asked for these Nordic Ware baking half-sheet pans for her birthday, and she loves them. They don’t warp in the oven, they’re basically the perfect pan.

I’ve used many baking sheets in my long cooking career. Most of these cost much more than my Nordicware sheets. these provide superb baking
results, or roasting vegetables and fish! cleanup is easy!! No mess in the oven and the pans do not do that awful CRACK sound as they warp in the
oven during cooking!! I just bought some for my daughter!

I have six of these that I have made dozens of cookies on. They are great quality and hold up bake after bake. I just bought these two as a gift for our son as the sheets he had are not good quality. He has now thrown his way his old baking sheets and loves his Nordicware sheets. I will be purchasing more from him.

Crispy potatoes and the easiest of cleanups. Just a sponge got the stuck pieces right off.

Wow. I’ve been using the same stained and raggedy baking sheets for years and then saw Nordic Ware recommended in an article in a major newspaper. I ordered the baking sheets and 8 x 8 and 9 x 9 pans. They are all amazing. I make cookies and granola weekly, and the baking sheets have helped my treats come out much more evenly cooked and browned. I am delighted with them!

A New York Times article about sheet pan dinners sparked my intent to buy more of the half sheets. I realized that the one we already had, which was jealously guarded by my baking genius husband for BAKING ONLY, was a Nordic Ware. It had stood up to hard use for years, and I realized a couple more would really help everyone out. Voila! Great performance, great dinners, and no more arguments about who gets to use the SPECIAL PAN for what. Great price for great quality.

I have two of the full and three of the half and pull them out to use every night. They are so easy to clean – and everything is cooked perfectly on them. Def. go for it!

These are singularly the best baking sheets ever. They bake even. They clean up like a dream. Not sure why I hang into any of the others because I never use them. Just bought a set for my daughter.

After about seven years of regular use on my half-sheet pans, I’m buying a few more: not because the original ones aren’t still working great, but because we’re always using them. Great heat distribution, tough as nails, made in the USA. More please!

I have used these sheets several times in just a couple of weeks for cookies and roasting vegetables. The veggies in particular have browned much better than they did on my old sheets. I might now be moved to roast cauliflower & broccoli several times a week because it’s so delicious!

All my other roasting pans discolor and warp. As advertised, this pan is sturdy, easy to clean and conducts heat evenly- no warping or turning black. I’ve used it for baking bread, meat and roasting all kinds of veggies.

We have a gas oven and it used to ruin a lot of things very easily unless we baked on like Pyrex dishes which would disperse the heat better but are very small in surface area. These pans heat perfectly and bake evenly just like the pyrite but it’s a huge surface area. Perfect bread and cookies. These are professional grade and the pans you want to have in your house.

I inherited my grandmother’s sheet pan in 1980 and I use it all the time. I wanted more but figured there was nothing of equal quality. I am thrilled, this is just as heavy as her pan and I plan to pass it on to my grandchildren. Great product. I will be using it a lot.

I received these as a gift at our wedding and they are amazingly durable. They hold up to everything and after 8 years of consistent use they are even still just as non-stick as the first time I used them. Very impressive baking pans.

I just switched out all of my other baking pans for these and I don’t regret it for an instance! My old pans always buckled, but these are sturdy and perfectly fit my silicone mats!

I’m not sure why these are called “half sheets”. My fault for not checking dimensions, but I took the term half sheet at face value and assumed they would be approx half the size of a typical cookie sheet and therefore fit into the smaller of my Wolf ovens. Unfortunately these are too large; they are as large as most of my cookie sheets and 75% the size of the giant Nordicware jelly roll baking sheet I own. They don’t fit into the smaller oven, which is why I ordered them. Quality seems fine otherwise. I use parchment paper so can’t comment on how nonstick they are but they did fine baking Christmas cookies this weekend.

Perfect size for my oven! We were able to put both pans in at the same time. No hot spots…. heated evenly and were easy to clean up. Made baking Christmas cookies easier and faster.

Nice pans, just the right size for smaller applications. At temps above 400 they do tend to warp a bit, but let them cool and they spring right back to normal. I’m using parchment paper or aluminum foil to save on clean-up, but they seem to clean up pretty well with a little soap and hot water too.

I have purchased these pans for myself, my daughter, and my son. These are wonderful. Things don’t stick on them. What I love the most is that they don’t twist or warp at temps over 400 degrees. Because of the way the pan is made, they don’t do this. Also love that they are made in the USA!

Wanted good quality bakeware. These are nice and heavy not like the flimsy ones at the box stores. Clean up is easy and I’m sure they will last me forever.

Only used this once, but it’s obviously a high quality product. I baked directly on it because I didn’t have parchment paper. In spite of that, clean up was easy. These hold their shape, and are not floppy or cheap feeling.

I have used this pan for a variety of foods using a gas stove and everything has cooked perfectly, the pan cleans easily and is the perfect size! Nice to have a quality product reasonably priced.

I just replaced all of my baking non stick sheet pans with the Natural Aluminum. I find they are easier to keep clean from any burnt on bits.

These are very sturdy and well made. We are using them untraditionally for trays to place play shoes on – catches dirt, sturdy, washable.

Have you been stumbling along with the cheap pans you can get at any store that pop so loud in the oven you look for cover? Are you still using the hand me down pans from your parents? Quit that . Buy yourself something nice. When I got to throw away my old pans I was so happy I cried. These half sheets SPARK JOY, y’all. Not only are they QUALITY, but they are also beautiful to look at. You’re going to get it out for, I don’t know, sausage and potatoes, or cookies, or roasting vegetables and you’re going to look at yourself and say, ?I’m a winner.? No cap. Buy the half sheets. You deserve something nice.

I bought mine at least nine years ago. They come clean with little to no scrubbing. I used my for barbeque ribs today and the barbeque sauce was black and baked on. I squirted a little dawn on it and within a minute it was clean. You can’t go wrong.

So I researched these before I bought them online. Almost all the reviews I saw had them as number 1 or 2 in their ratings. I also watched America’s Test Kitchen on YouTube and it was their favorite. So far it has lived up to expectations. We use them almost everyday since we received them and so far no warping. We do usually wash them in the dishwasher so if you do expect discoloring but they say that on the care instructions. It doesn’t hurt the pan. Glad we made the purchase.

These are very nice half sheets. Sturdy but not overly heavy to lift (like my old ones). Also, the packaging was very well-done, and the product arrived undamaged.

You always know you’re getting quality with NordicWare. I expect to have these pans for many years to come. So much better than the 3 old, beat-up teflon cookie sheets I should have gotten rid of long ago.

I smoked chicken and salmon in the smoker. All I can say is WOW, deliciousness. Highly recommend this high dome smoker. Followed the recipe in the cook book that came with it. Love the feel of these baking sheets. Unfortunately, they are just shy of fitting my standard baking oven in Germany. So that others can avoid my disappointment, the exterior dimensions are 45.08 cm x 32.7 cm x 2.54 cm.

Taking them out of the box I knew right away from the weight that these baking pans are unique – perfect for baking. I bought enough for gifts, and one was dented but customer service was on the ball and sent me out a replacement.

These Nordic sheet pans are pure aluminium, heavy weight, and last forever. These will be for gifts, but I’ve had my own for years and love them. A good investment.

Since I just got them, I’ve only used one once. But it still looks shiny new. Very easy to wash even tho it isn’t non-stick. It stayed firm in oven. I’m going to toss old cheap ones.

These are the best! Our others are now under flower pots.

Bought these for my wife for Christmas. She loved them. The plastic covers were an awesome added touch to the gift. Reasonably priced for proffesional quality.
