1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I love this pan. I covered my skull in home made marshmallow and hand painted it to resemble a day of the dead skull. The pan baked the cake perfectly. As with all their products this is a superior pan

I Love, love, LOVE this pan!! My partner gave it to me for my birthday this year, and finally used it yesterday! I had been so scared to overfill it and just all-round intimidated to make it work, so I kept putting it off no matter how cool I thought it was.

I finally just did it with a normal 2-layer cake recipe I have, and it turned out perfectly!! I think I’ll be making this OFTEN now!

I used this for the first time 2 days ago. My cake came out wonderfully! I would recommend this pan in a heartbeat! If you want a stunning finish to a Halloween dinner this is what you need! You need to adjust your temp and baking times though. I have baked a lot and new I would have to make adjustments for the the shape of the pan. I also used a pound cake recipe to make sure the cake was sturdy enough. I am super satisfied with this cake pan. I will also look to Nordic Ware first from now on when I shop for new pans.
