Product Details
Superior Construction
The Charlotte Cake Pan is crafted from high-quality cast aluminum, delivering the even heat distribution essential for perfectly golden, moist cakes every time. This durable, heavy-duty construction ensures consistent professional-grade results, whether you are baking a tender pound cake or a rich chocolate dessert. Built with the same attention to craftsmanship Nordic Ware is known for, this pan is designed to perform beautifully for years to come.
Premium Nonstick Performance
A premium nonstick interior ensures effortless cake release, preserving every decorative detail from pan to plate. The reliable nonstick coating means your baked creations unmold cleanly, so you can frost, glaze, or dust with powdered sugar over a flawless surface. Hand wash with warm, soapy water is recommended for quick, easy cleanup that protects the nonstick finish.
Intricate Design
Inspired by the classic French Charlotte dessert, this elegant 6-cup cake pan features beautifully detailed vertical ridges that replicate the look of individually layered ladyfingers. The round, decorative design transforms simple batter into a stunning showpiece worthy of any special occasion, from birthdays to holidays. After baking, fill your cake with layers of custard, mousse, or fresh fruit, then drizzle with glaze or dust with powdered sugar to highlight every intricate ridge and channel.
Made to Last
Oven safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and backed by a Lifetime Warranty, the Charlotte Cake Pan is a lasting addition to any baker's collection. For best results, grease and flour the pan before each use, hand wash after baking, and avoid metal utensils or abrasive cleaners on the nonstick surface. Combining elegant design, durable cast aluminum construction, and dependable nonstick performance, this pan delivers exceptional value for bakers who love creating desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
