Use & Care

USE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pan is oven-safe to 500°F (260°C).
  • Use of butter or baking spray can help with release of dough.
  • For dough proofing, line pan with a kitchen towel dusted with flour, then place dough in each well to rise. To bake, slide towel out of pan and gently lift proofed dough back into greased pan. Bake immediately.
  • Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils and scrub brushes.

CARE FOR YOUR PANS

  • Natural aluminum pans will develop a patina with time and use; to brighten them up, try scrubbing with lemon juice, vinegar, cream of tartar or baking soda.
  • Hand wash recommended with warm, soapy water.
  • Automatic dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur from detergent reacting with aluminum. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
