1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Recently received my Anniversary Bundtlette pans and I couldn’t be happier. I just made my favorite carrot cake recipe and every one turned out perfectly. I prepared the pans with crisco and a dusting of regular sugar, outstanding results ! Even the overfilled ones released.

I love this pan, and all the others I’ve gotten from Nordic Ware. I bake for my city’s beleaguered police officers, and they love anything I bring but especially love the specialty shapes. These little mini-bundt pans make a good cake great and put big smiles on faces that are seeing some really horrific things on a daily basis.

The anniversary pieçes are beautiful and quality made! They inspire and allow you to bake with success!

I received one of these pans as a wedding present, wasn’t sure I would use it much. I have used it a handful it a handful of time and am convinced I need another! I use PAM to keep things for sticking and it works every time. Anytime you use this pan, compliments aren’t far behind!

Even when oiled and floured, this bundlette is sticky. It is very difficult to clean by hand. You must buy their cleaning tool. Also, I cannot find any information on the Internet as to whether it is dishwasher safe

I’m determined to bring back the bundt and these pans are fantastic! After I found a few good recipes that didn’t stick inside they made pretty little cakes that just blew everyone away! Well made!
