1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, handwash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I have 2 of thee pans and generally split a full sized bundt recipe between the 2. That way I get one cake for us and one cake for the freezer, or to give away. The cakes always come out erfectly and look so pretty. I love this pan.

This pan is simply a must have. Most pound cake recipes have extra batter left over. The Lotus pan offers the perfect solution to leftover cake batter. I am considering purchasing two more which will allow me be to bake several small cakes at once. I advise EVERYONE to have this Bundt pan as part of your baking arsenal!

Love this little pan! It’s the perfect size for two or three people (with leftovers) and will be one I reach for consistently. It bakes evenly and my sour cream pound cakes slide right out every single time. I do use Baker’s Joy as well as hand wash the pan as soon as I flip out the cake making sure to get all spray residue completely off. I have over 20 Nordic Ware bundt pans and this is the only brand I buy. Take care of them and they will last a lifetime!

Nordic Ware, please make more half sized pans! These are perfect for small families!

I am so excited to have purchased 2 half sized bundt pans. This one is lovely. I had no problem with sticking the first time I used it. I made a full bundt recipe and was able to put half of the batter into this gorgeous pan and the other half into the other pan I bought.

Perfect for a small cake. I have two of these and often bake two smaller cakes from a regular recipe.

I have never used Nordic pans. Every year I purchase them as a Christmas) gift for my son. He loves them and uses them regularly. He now has almost every pan (approximately 50)
