Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    So cute! The bundtlettes baked perfectly, came out easily, and look fantastic. These little cakes are real show stoppers with a little powdered sugar or glaze and berries. Received lots of compliments on how beautiful and appetizing they were. Love this pan!

    In my haste to use this pan I decided I would bake some cornbread. My husband and I are backyard bird enthusiasts so I decided to make some cornbread for our feathered friends. The pans worked perfectly and the cakelettes released perfectly. They look quite decorative on the deck railing and I think the birds are enjoying them! Another great pan.

    All my Nordic ware pans- cakes pop out with no breakage. Clean up is easy. Food comes right out! LOVE all my Nordic Ware pans!

    I used the cake pan for Christmas . The cakes turn out so lovely and pretty. If greased well the cakelets just fall right out of the pan. The quality is exceptionally great. It will surely last me a lifetime. I’m looking forward to buying some more in the future. They are priced quite high but the quality is phenomenal. The only downside is the cleaning. It takes a lot of time and effort to clean the pans considering there are so many tiny nooks and crannies to clean.

    Cakes that come out of this pan look so professional. I love the way the glaze runs down the valleys. This pan pairs well with the Jubilee Bundt pan which holds 10 cups. This pan holds 4 cups, so it will take the extra of 14 cup recipes when I use my Jubilee pan.

    Have the larger pan but wanted the smaller pan for tea cakes etc, live in the UK and the prices on amazon can be quite high and you have to wait until they get it, I just went directly to Nordic Ware and was not disappointed, lovelypan and I know will last for ages, well made and weighty, worth every penny.

    These are so delightful! So little effort to make stunning cakes that just surprise my customers. Even angel food cake came out nicely with little effort. These are my new go-to for small cakes!
