Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Nylon or silicone utensils are recommended.

    I use this dome to keep my food warm after cooking it, and it’s fantastic! It really holds in the heat – I can fool around for a long time and my dinner still stays warm. My husband saw it and wanted one, and now we both so pleased with our covers, it is ridiculous.

    Excellent as lid for skillets but needs to come in more sizes! Up and down 1.5-2.0 inches in diameter and i’d buy one of each

    Dome is thick, spun aluminum. Rigid and not bendable. Size works great with sauce pans. The only drawback is that the handle is small diameter and solid stainless steel. It gets hot quickly and stays hot: too hot to handle without a mitt. A handle that dissipates heat faster would make it easier to use if it made it so you didn’t need a mitt.

    I really needed one of these and when I saw that Nordic Ware had one, I got it. Works great. Made really well. Light and easy to use.
