Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
5. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

    I am pleased with this pan. It is sturdy, bakes nice muffins, and cleans up well.

    I had several muffin tins that were years old and not a consistent size. I was part of a committee prep for a progressive lunch of 150 people and decided it was time for new muffin tins since we had to make 150 corn bread muffins. What a wonderful product that made a world of difference in consistency in size and even baking. Love them.

    Love this pan. I had a cheap muffin pan that had seen better days and I tossed in the recycle bin. I got this and WOW what a difference. I mainly use it for popovers and they turn out so much better with this pan. Definately recommend.

    My first ever aluminum muffin pan— I purchased two after finding a special price through a membership shopping store and I am hooked on Nordic Ware! My first blueberry muffins made for Mother’s Day as a surprise for my bride and she loved them! Cooks evenly and no burnt bottoms! I recommend Nordic Ware to anyone who loves to bake!

    I have for years used stainless steel muffin pans with paper liners. Recently I decided to purchase Nordicware aluminum pans to replace my well-loved older pans. While the quality of the new pans is excellent, the cups in the new pans are slightly smaller than my older pans. This means that, when baked, my recipes overfill the cups and the muffins stick to the top and crumble when the muffins are removed. Rather than rework all my recipes, I will be going back to my older pans. Very disappointed.

    LOVE this muffin tray. No warping, easy to clean, made some DELISH banana bread muffins as my first item. I am so happy I went with Nordicware… I didn’t think it was going to be possible to get this level of quality without spending a ton.

So whenever I indulge myself with new bakeware, NordicWare is my go to brand of choice. I have used their Naturals 12 cavity muffin pan to create muffins and cupcakes with perfectly browned exteriors; mini meat loaves with evenly cooked interiors; and made bacon and egg baskets by lining the cavities with partially cooked, but still pliable bacon, then carefully cracking a raw egg into the bacon cup, and baking ’til the eggs are cooked to my preference. The possibilities are endless! This pan makes a good gift since it’s a great addition to any kitchen.

    I’m so glad I upgraded to a NordicWare pan. This pan bakes evenly, it looks attractive, and it’s great that it’s made in America. I am looking forward to years of use.

    I was most impressed when this pan arrived! It is heavy and solid feeling, and I expect will cook very evenly when I get a chance to use it. I ordered it with the “cupcake inserts” and they fit perfectly. I love aluminum cookware, and this looks to be top of the line!

    I had 1 Natural Aluminum cupcake pan that I love. After years of using that one and another non stick inferior brand; I finally bought myself a 2nd Natural Aluminum pan. This pan bakes ALL cupcakes EVENLY. There are no burnt bottoms. The cupcake or muffin pops right out when you’re ready to icing and display them. I can’t believe I waited this long. I love all of my Nordicware pans!

    I bought this one year as a xmas gift set at ace hardware, the pan has never rusted. It always bakes just right and always even! Still as shiney as the day I bought it with just simple soap and water cleaning!
