Construction

Made from lightweight formed aluminum, the Nordic Ware Quilted Heart Cake Pan promotes even heat distribution for consistent baking results. The aluminum construction is rust resistant and warp resistant while remaining easy to handle. With a 9 cup capacity, this pan is suited to pound cakes, chocolate cakes, coffee cakes, and other molded desserts.

Nonstick Performance

The smooth silicone based nonstick coating helps cakes release from the pan while preserving the quilted heart pattern and its dimensional details. The coating also helps reduce sticking and simplifies cleanup after baking.

Design

Part of the Nordic Ware Northern Lights Collection, this heart shaped cake pan features a colorful exterior in pink Golden Hour finish inspired by the aurora borealis. The quilted pattern creates raised ridges and recessed details across the finished cake, while glazes, drizzles, and powdered sugar can accentuate its texture. Care Instructions

Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Oven safe to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Hand washing is recommended. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners, which can damage the nonstick coating.
