Wood-Fired Smoked Pizza

Add a smokey twist to your homemade pizza with this wood-fired smoked mushroom and pepperoni pizza recipe. Build your pizza and cook it in our Personal-Sized Smoker in less than 20 minutes for a delicious dinner!
- 1 (6-8 inch) pizza crust or pita bread
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup pepperoni
Build pizza by spooning a thin layer of pizza sauce on crust. Top with mushrooms and pepperoni. Sprinkle cheeses on top. Prepare smoking by adding chips in the bottom of personal smoker and place drip pan on top (use dry smoking method for pizza). Place food tray on top and transfer pizza to smoker. Smoke on stovetop or on grill for 10-15 minutes or until pizza is done at recommended smoking temperature. (*See full smoker how-to on product page)
