Dark Chocolate Brownies

- 3/ 4 cup butter, cut in small pieces
- 2 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/ 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/ 4 cups flour
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt together butter and chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla until just combined. Add flour and stir to combine. Pour into greased quarter sheet pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
