Cranberry Mini Loaves

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease pan. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients, except cranberries, until combined. Fold in cranberries. Divide batter evenly among the two pans. Bake 38-42 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Wash, dry and prepare pans. Repeat procedure with remaining batter. Makes 4 loaves.
