Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    I received the Christmas tree cakelet pan as a present last year and when I saw this beautiful woodland pan, I knew I HAD to have it. I tried it with the accompanying recipe for espresso walnut cake. It was a complete hit! Both beautiful and tasty. No burned edges as reported by another reviewer, easy to come out of the mold and easy cleanup.

    Love the pan. A bit smaller than a standard muffin, larger than a mini. Nice size, great detail. Might try with a Madeline or Friand recipe too. Was impressed at the detail from a non-stick product. Cleanup so, so easy.

    This pan is perfect for making personal tea breads and cakes. When not in use, I have it displayed as it is that beautiful.

    I just purchased this pan yesterday and used it immediately. It makes the cutest cakes! The pan has deep indentations, which helps the cakes look very professional. I bushed melted butter in each cavity, and in some I also sprinkled a very small amount of flour. I didn’t want to use too much flour and have the cakes white on top. The cakes came out of the pan easily with no sticking. They all turned out great. I will be using this pan a lot this fall!

    Autumn is my baking time and I was so pleased to see a new design of cakelet pan. I have got some of the large bundt and loaf pans but don’t often get the chance to bake for crowds so they get less use. I never worry about whether the item will be worth the price, the quality is always first class. the pans don’t buckle and the cakes come out cleanly. The recipes on the packages are first class too!

    No word to describe this pan, it’s fantastic! Much more bigger that one can imagine! One cakeltte could be cm 10X7. Great quality, very robust and a beautiful object to expose in the kitchen. The quality of the aluminium is very high
