1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I adore Nordic Ware and am always looking for my “next” pan to add to my collection. Made in USA is a priority for me. Loaves and cakes made in Nordic Ware are always a showstopper.

This is my second time purchasing this Wildflower loaf pan. Nothing is wrong with my first one. It’s still working beautifully. This second one I purchased for my mother in law who lives in Norway, requesting for it. I have used this pan many times. I love the details of the flowers of the pan and as always, cakes slide right out after baked. Highly recommended!!!!!!

I bought this one for my mom, as she is into baking and cooking, but I myself have used this pan more than a few times as well. My absolute favorite thing about this pan is the beautiful design!

I used this pan for the first time yesterday-once with the salted caramel mix that came with, and again with my own recipe for a lemon pound cake. The salted caramel was perfect. The lemon cake, however, had bubbles in the design that slightly messed up the top, due to the batter being pretty thick. Next time I use this pan, I’m going to pour just enough batter to cover the design, then tap out the bubbles before I fill the pan. Also, I use very soft but not melted butter to coat the pan. Works perfectly, and both cakes were delicious.

Beautiful cake form producing stunning loaves. My first one was very disappointing and then I found the Nordicware video, followed it to the letter and the subsequent cakes just fall out the pan and look like the one featured. It will be my ‘bring a plate? and gift loaf for the next while, just the right size. No frosting is a bonus towards lower sugar consumption.

If you follow directions properly, the outcome using this pan or other loaf pans from NordicWare with designs in them, is perfection. I use this, and my winter snowman loaf pan, with excellent results so far with a banana bread recipe, as well as an orange cranberry loaf. I melt some butter to just before total liquid state, so there’s still some creaminess to it. Then, I use a small silicone brush to cover all the nooks and crannies of this design with the almost melted butter, therefore leaving behind a trail where I can see everything is coated properly. Sometimes I use a sprinkle of flour over it, sometimes not, but I’ve had perfect results every time.The design is gorgeous. My one tip when using these relief design pans is to not use a recipe where the loaf rises high above the pan, or it’s hard to turn it over displaying the gorgeous pattern it’s created.

this decorative loaf pan arrived last week and i made nordicware’s spiced pumpkin loaf recipe in it. brushed the inside of the pan with melted butter and it came out with no effort after cooling for about 30 min – was pleasantly surprised and am looking forward to using this pan again.

I was concerned the cake wouldn’t release from the detailed pan, but the right recipe works great. Impressive results.

I love using these products. This is not my first one from this company, so I was excited to get the floral pan. I love that it is easy to use, clean, makes beautiful cakes and the best is that they recommend very good recipes with their products. I immediately tried the recipe that was on the sleeve in the packaging and it is amazing.

What a gorgeous pan. You won’t want to hide this one in a cabinet. I buttered it well by brushing on melted butter with a pastry brush, and my tea loaf came out of the pan easily and perfectly! Highly Recommend!

I baked a lemon pound cake and it turned out wonderful, the flower design on the top of the cake was so lovely I split the cake and put the cream cheese frost in between the layers because the top is too nice to cover

I bought it for the flower design and size. Just 2 of us now. Oh yes I needed another cake pan LOL My trusty bundt 50+ years old cannot retire in its box either. Best of all I don’t need to frost, yet have an elegant dessert. Used Lemon Honey Floral Loaf, no lavender recipie, I recomend that also yummy.

A beautiful pan! Love it as I do all of my Nordic Ware. These pans especially, make the simplest recipes look like you are a professional.

I was so excited to use this loaf pan and I was not dissapointed!!! I used good old fashioned butter and a great pastry brush (oxo) to generously butter the loaf pan before using. After baking the cake came right out when I turned it over. The design is really beautiful and detailed. Easy to clean. Cant wait to use again and again.
