Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces

Wonderful pan and it only took 15 minutes to bake – the box cakes will tell you 39 min for a Bundt pan but since this makes 6 mini it only took 15 min. One box cake made 8 1/2 cakes. (the 1/2 one looked like a swirl donut).

I purchased this bundlette pan x2 in 2021 and it was my first Nordic Ware Bundt pan. I love it! With proper prep the cake releases easily and the design is beautiful and when glazed or dusted with powdered sugar it looks so inviting and the pan’s pattern is accentuated well. Now I am deciding if i should purchase the regular size bundt in this design or mix and match! Not sure yet, but I do know this bundlette pan is wonderful!
