1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. For the specific recipe included, fill the pan only 1/2 full. For other recipes, fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Very fun pans! If you brush them well after spraying, and clean them immediately after baking, they stay in excellent condition! So far, all of my bakes have fallen right out, fully detailed. I love how fast they cool down – 5 minutes out of the oven and I can wash them by hand.

Great product! I have used several times with a brownie mix. I “paint” melted butter inside each ‘cup’. 350 degrees for 12-14 min. Let cool for 5 min. before releasing. I am so happy with this pan! Effortless release and I am pleasantly surprised with the clean up!

My dad gave me this cakelet pan for Christmas, and I just got around to using it and it’s great! I made mini skull pound cakelets, as well as mini pizzas. They turned out awesome! It’s pretty hefty, so you know it’s good quality material, easy to clean, and if you follow instructions, everything pops out very easily.

We used Nordic Ware’s Red Velvet cake recipe in the “Skull Bites” pan with cocoa rough as the cocoa of choice. They turned out beautifully. Like more pans the first time you use them, the only hard thing is getting the right amount of batters they “dome” but don’t “muffin top”. Thank you Nordic Ware for always having such wonderful pans!
