1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
5. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

Now, you’re talking, a pizza pan made in the USA. Only way this could be better is if it were made in Italy. Needed these because after 43 years, the pan I had taken from a friend’s pizzeria de-laminated.

My 1st aluminum non-coated pan. Very sturdy, much thicker than the coated ones I am used to. Cleans very easily, which was one of my big concerns. Completely delighted with the quality and wished I had tried these much earlier as they are clearly superior.

First impressions, the built quality is an outstanding. It feels very robust, industrial and clean. No flex and no signs of faults. Attention to details is absolutely brilliant.
Note that I have not used it yet, therefore my review is based on initial first impressions. I shall add more comments once I get the chance to use it for 3 months at least. I am positive that this pizza pan will give me an excellent performance.
Prior to purchasing I wasn’t sure whether I should buy deep dish pan and I glad that I bought traditional pan for pizza. It has more than enough depth and you won’t need any deeper pan unless you are planing on baking something else or specific.

So far this product seems to be the best I have seen. At least if feels like that.

I’ve been making pizza @ home for 20+ years using every conceivable topping and cooking method. The Nordic Ware aluminum pan is my new go to option for weeknight pizza experiments. Easy care and holds up well to my not so easy handling. Ever try hotdog, baked beans and sauerkraut pizza? You’d be surprised 🙂

I have used Nordic Ware pizza pans for a number of years with great success. Since I have two narrow ovens, I use the 14 inch pizza pan for many tasks, including roasting vegetables. The weight of the pan ensures crisp vegetables and no burning. Highly recommend. I just ordered two more.

This pizza pan is strong and sturdy. Purchased a few items from Nordic and all were in the same box and each item was wrapped professionally with no problems.

I haven’t used this pan yet, but I have used all the others from the same line, “Naturals” and I am absolutely pleased with the thickness and quality of the pieces. Also packing and shipping is top notch. Thank you, Nordic Ware.
