Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as it will shorten the life of the nonstick on your pan and produce discoloration on exposed aluminum surfaces. However, this discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking.
3. Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils, sharp knives and scouring pads will scratch the nonstick on your pan and are not recommended.

    I haven’t actually used my new pan yet, however, the quality is obvious. Also, it was nice to be able to purchase a lid to fit the pan.

    Had high hopes that this light colored pan would allow baking of crispy cookies without burning. They don’t burn, but they definitely stick to the pan making the pan unusable.

    A great baking sheet. Very sturdy. Customer service is great, original Pan came through dented, immediately they shipped out a replacement, definitely buying again

    Cooked fish on the pan after using spray olive oil and …. definitely not no stick. Maybe cakes or cookies will come off, but not the fish. Customer service is great, but not convinced this is nonstick.

    Great product. Very sturdy and doesn’t warp. Haven’t used it long but it was recommended by my friend who is a professional pastry chef. She’s been using hers for years.

    I ordered two of these half sheets because of one that I have had for years. There are PERFECT! The only reason for the 3 stars is that one of the sheets I received had been damaged in shipping. Not sure whether to blame the packaging or the shipper.

    Purchased these at Costco many years ago. We use them for all kinds of baking and roasting from cookies to cut up vegetables to chicken and more. No matter how big the mess, they always come clean. They have gotten a little splotchy over the years, but I tell my wife that just means that we use them. LOL These are super heavy duty, not like the light, flimsy ones you see elsewhere.

    I have had two of these baking sheets for many years and recently purchased 2 additional sheets. loved these pans and they are exceptional. Would highly recommends to friends. Also purchased 1/4 quarter sheet baking pan.?
