1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.

Love these baking sheets! Finally got more sizes and the quarter sheet is perfect for 1-2 portions of roasted veggies.

I love the sheet pans from Nordic Ware because they’re ideal for roasting and baking. They don’t warp and are easy to clean. The quarter and eighth sheet pans are perfect for small meal preparation.

Brilliant pans I have 4 of them never use anything else

I’ve used it a couple of times now. Once for a small pork tenderloin, the other for a couple of marinated chicken breasts. I sprayed it with some cooking spray first. They both came out great. Evenly cooked through and moist. Clean up was easy. I just made sure to do it right away and not let it sit for too long. I’m looking forward to using the other products I ordered.

Hard to still find made in USA pans. This is a well-made, easy-to-clean pan suitable for daily use. I use with silicone baking liners and cleanup is a breeze. These are not too heavy nor light. Highly recommended. Fast shipping as well.

Just the right size for cooking for two people. We use the pan often for baking and roasting fish and vegetables, as well as re-heating foods in the oven.

Thanks so much for many top quality pans in a variety of sizes. I roll and freeze cookie dough and use this pan to bake a few cookies after dinner. Also use it to reheat leftovers!

I own a few Nordic Ware baking products. They bake and brown so nicely and clean up so easily. I use a little oil when baking and always have good results.

You would never think that having this pan would make all the difference in baking focaccia bread, but it does! I’ve always used a glass 9×13 pan, but I finally bought this pan and my foccacia bread turned out even better, lighter, fluffier, and beautifully browned.

Used to have “Non Stick” pans but found they discolor easily and may have a health issue. Replaced my entire set of bake ware with Nordic Ware bake ware. I be happy camper!

Love this pan with only two of us. The quarter sheet is wonderful for my small baking needs but can handle larger ones as well. The quality of pan is outstanding as well.

I bought this as a gift for my sons. His pans were sticking and I said you have to try this sheet pan the product is exceptional. This pan is used several times a week for cookies, French fries, chicken bites, etc. At Christmas I plan to buy different sizes he really enjoys using it. Nordic Ware did a great job on this pan.

Long ago mymom always said shiney pans are best for cookies for even baking. I followed suit love mine Cookies fall right off, easy to clean, solid weight. Bought them for my daughter for her xmas baking extravaganza ands was amazed. Sent some out to my newly retired brother in law for his cookie baking. I also bought a line of pans for my counter top oven and they are awesome. Thanks Viking..

I am new to Nordic products and am struggling a bit to adjust to the product. I had problems in the past with my bake ware warping. After research, I decided to give Nordic a try. I love that they do not warp, however, I have had to change the cooking times and temperatures significantly to get my baked and roasted items to achieve the proper cooked temp of my food. I contacted Nordic to ask about this and received a LESS Than Helpful reply, so I tried contacting them again. The result was the same, not helpful and bordering on rude. I tried for the 3rd and final time. Luckily, my email was responded to by someone that cared. Carolyn not only helped me with the new roasting and baking tips, she also apologized for the previous 2 emails. I am adjusting still, but feel certain that I will love their products soon.
