1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

The duet pan works so well. My gingerbread houses came out easily with just using baking spray. The recipe on the website is delicious!!

Great pan. Got two to make a dozen fast. Great pan. Definitely use baker’s joy. I have several different pans – big snowflakes, and smaller cakelets, cozy village, the 2 larger Christmas houses, the one largest cottage, buttercups, bread pans, harvest bread pan, the 8 inch rounds, etc. All great pans. But other than the two rounds and bread pans, I use the cozy village most.

This is the centerpiece for my cookie displays for gifts. It’s been a huge hit. The included gingerbread recipe is delicious and always a hit. Sometimes the cakes are decorated with frosting like a traditional gingerbread house, others just dusted like snow. I love the Nordic Ware pans!

I never had my cake burn. I made the sour cream coffee cake.

We use this cakes from this pan as a centerpiece on our table, then eat them for desert. We use the recipe from the package and on the website and the cakes taste great. As long as we butter and flour the pan the cakes come right out.
