1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Great pan. Easy to use, comes with a recipe for Classic Shortbread cookies, delicious, not sugary tasting. Pan bakes these well. No burns or problems getting cookies out of the pan. Cools down quickly for reuse in baking another batch of cookies.

Have been using these – and I have many – in my small business for over 10 years, and they haven’t failed me yet!

This shortbread pan has never failed me. I have made these cookies year round. They impress everyone who eats them. To get a nice imprint on the cookies, I have found if I put the pan in the heated oven for about 5 or 10 minutes that helps. With the pan warmed I then press the dough into the mold. After baking and cooling, they pop right out of the pan.

My first batch was ruined because I mis-read the oven temperature. Do NOT bake at 375°. The correct temp is 325°. My problem on my 2nd batch is that despite copious preparation with baking spray and diligent brushing into all the nooks and crannies and careful rolling into all the corners, some of the detail in the pattern was lost on the finished cookie. I’m determined to get this perfect. Any suggestions?

Love, love, love this pan!!! I bought 2 of them 10 years ago and have used them what surely must be hundreds of times! A quality product that turns out perfect shortbread each and every time!!!!!

Scotch shortbread is a year round tradition in my family so I decided to enhance it with this beautiful design. The craftsmanship is absolutely awesome and will be used for years to come. Shortbread easily releases from this pan. I’ve used the Nordicware recipe and I’ve also used my grain free almond flour recipe and they’ve both come out amazing. I love this pan!!

Just got this pan through the mail today, after an hour I couldn’t stand it anymore and had to try it out. I’ve never made shortbread before and my wife and I agree that the Walkers shortbread are outstanding confections, but we don’t like to pay the price for them. So I spent the money for this pan and figured there would be less then a year payback if we used it. My goodness these shortbreads were good! I think the next batch will leave out the vanilla and put in orange zest. I think that will be a little more holiday like. We will use this pan. The construction is good; very easy to use; mixing the shortbread dough is a bit of a mess, but messes can be cleaned up especially when the results are so outstanding. I recommend this pan the cookies are beautiful to look at and wonderful to eat.

I got the shortbread baking pan with the snowflake designs. I wasn’t sure if the cookies would turn out ok since the designs were so intricate. To my delight, the cookies turned out perfect. I am ready for Christmas now. I will make lots of cookies with this pan to give to friends and family.
