Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
4. Flip each pancake with a non-metal utensil. We recommend using a wooden skewer or plastic fork.

    Amazing Danish Ebelskiver Pan. Every day I experiment with different fillings and my family simply enjoys it! Highly recommend!

    I’ve had this pan for a few years. I make a Japanese dish called takoyaki (a savory Japanese octopus pancake with onions).

    I’ve also made the potato balls from vada pav on this pan. I add a dab of the batter, the the potato ball, then a little more batter.

    It’s a fun pan to make both sweet and savory appetizers or desserts

    Absolutely love this pan. It’s very easy to use, and the ebelskivers flip easily in the pan with the use of skewers or two plastic knives. We first had these at a restaurant in New Orleans. When I found this pan online, it was a no-brainer…we needed to own it! Add a filling while you’re cooking them, or dip them in lemon curd, nutella, maple syrup…the list could go on. Oh, and a light dusting of powdered sugar!! This pan is a must have!

    Perfect! Follow the instructions and they will come out perfect. Love how easy this is to use and clean. I wish the handle wasn’t plastic but it does make it less weight to lift.
