Classic Fluted Loaf Pan

Love love love this bake pan!! Such a cute presentation for a smaller dessert cake. I made pound cake with diced strawberries. The cake came out lickity split, no residual crumbs even left in the pan. I bought the carrier and it makes it easy to transport.

I have several bundts but thought it would be nice to have a Nordicware loaf pan as well. Had I thought it through I would have realized that once baked the loaf would have risen to a mound in the pan, which I then had to trim down to be able to turn it right side up to see the design and then to glaze. The loaf did come out of the pan beautifully. I think I will stick to a regular loaf pan.

This loaf pan is easy to use and a nice way to make a loaf look a little fancier than a regular loaf. For a sweet bread it makes it easy to cut smaller slices along the edges. Definitely recommend.

My favorite loaf pan because it’s beautiful lines make a stand-out loaf. It’s elegant on any table. I use other pans for themes (holidays or to identify the flavor, I.e., lemon or apple) but this is my go-to pan and my friends know me for this loaf.

I have over 20 Nordic Ware bake pans because I love the quality as well as the designs. This pan, however, is ,y go-to favorite for loaf (tea) breads. A simple glaze atop my baking is all that’s needed to make a gorgeous presentation. My loaves have always easily slipped from the pan with nary a crumb left behind. Just thinking about my last loaf is making me want to make another date nut bread spiked with pecan liquor. Oh my.

While not as finely detailed as other Nordic Ware pans, this pan is quality made and makes a beautiful cake!

Interesting way to create a loaf that can be cut in the traditional method or along the design lines! Great for bringing a bread as hostess gift or to a potluck.
