USE INSTRUCTIONS:

We recommend cutting prior to frosting.
Allow brownies or bars to cool 30 minutes prior to slicing. Place cutter on baked treat & press with two hands to slice.
Pan is oven-safe to 500° F (260° C) Cutter & lid are NOT oven-safe.
Lid & cutter are BPA and Melamine-free.
Parchment paper may be used and makes cleanup simple.
Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils and scrub brushes.
Metal utensils and cleaning brushes will scratch the surface of your pan and are not recommended; however, scratches do not change the cooking properties or safety of your pans, which are made to last a lifetime.

CARE FOR YOUR PANS:

Natural aluminum pans will develop a patina with time and use; to brighten them up, try scrubbing with lemon juice, vinegar, cream of tartar or baking soda.
Hand wash recommended with warm, soapy water. Cutter & lid are top rack dishwasher safe.
Automatic dishwasher use is not advised for aluminum pan, as discoloration will occur from detergent reacting with aluminum. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.

BEST ever brownie pan with cutter! Although I originally thought this was pricey I quickly decided it was a good investment. No matter how I cut brownies they always come out “messy”! With this Nordic Ware brownie pan all that disappears. You bake the brownies, let them cook and then place the cutter on top and press down. You instantly have 16 equal size, clean cut brownies! I did use cooking spray on the pan. Cleanup is simple. Both items are easily washed. I get so many compliments on my brownies and I know the pan/cutter have made a huge difference.
