1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow.
5. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

The best … when it comes to big cakes. Here I always know that everything fits in and looks good on top of that. Due to the not so elaborate design, it is also easy to clean, brushed with margerine and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or a mixture of colored / chocolate sprinkles WITH breadcrumbs (short shredded), the cake slips out very easily and looks the same with the “colored” breadcrumbs great. I always think about afterwards whether the cake should get another frosting or whether I prefer to eat it lukewarm … And with the colorful sprinkles, it is already pretty to be eaten IMMEDIATELY!
Die Beste…wenn es um grosse Kuchen geht. Hier weiss ich immer, dass alles reinpasst und obendrein auch gut aussieht. Aufgrund des nicht so aufwendigen Designs lässt sie sich auch gut reinigen, mit Margerine eingepinselt und Semmelbröseln oder einem Gemisch aus bunten/ Schokoladen Streuseln MIT Semmelbröseln ( kurz geschrotet) ausgestreut flutscht der Kuchen sehr leicht raus und sieht , mit den „bunten“ Semmelbröseln auch gleich super aus. Ich überlege nämlich immer erst hinterher, ob der Kuchen noch einen Zuckerguss bekommen soll, oder ob ich ihn lieber lauwarm esse….Und mit dem bunten Streuseln ist er bereits schonmal hübsch um SOFORT gegessen zu werden!

Beautiful pan to look at. The quality / craftsmanship / casting is excellent.
The finish, though not Teflon slick like a fry pan is very good. I’ve found that even without oiling the pan it releases well (oiling the pan is better though). I’ve always hand washed the pan, it has lasted perfectly for many many years now.

I have ordered this bundt pan because I have already the silver bundt pan and wanted to own the bronze one as well. The pan itself has a high quality coating and everything flips out easily. I would highly recommend this pan for everyone who wants to have a easy use and cleaning.
