Hand wash with warm soapy water. Scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
We recommend silicone, nylon and wooden utensils for use with this pan to protect the nonstick surface. Metal utensils can damage the nonstick.
Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it will diminish the release properties of the nonstick coating with time
Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating properties. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stovetop.
Never allow cookware to boil dry or leave an empty pan on a hot burner unattended. Pan is for stovetop
and oven use.
Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
While not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve performance and taste of food.
Safe to use on gas, electric and ceramic stovetops.

I love that this pan comes from ‘Merica’. Ever since the covid times, I prefer to buy things local. This griddle was perfect for cooking large meals on lonely nights for myself. It’s so high tech that it incorporates my tears perfectly into the structure, giving a salty taste to my eggs and bacon. Would reccomend every time, 5 out out of 5. My hat’s off to the griddle pan.

We love this pan! We use all stainless pans at home but got this griddle to replace our old one that had teflon. We have been making bigger breakfasts lately and needed an easy to clean griddle. This pan is a breeze to clean, nothing sticks and we love that it is safer being ceramic. Made in the USA was a must and this seems to be a quality sturdy pan. We love all of our other Nordicware pans and they have stood the test of time. Glad we found a ceramic griddle made in the USA! Hopefully the 10″ skillet is available again soon and we will be set with a good scrambled egg pan too!
